Effective July 1, 2011, the state-mandated countywide Centralized Eligiblity List will no longer operate under direction of the California Department of Education. However, Child Action, Inc. will continue to maintain a Childcare Eligiblity List (CEL) and several of our community partners have agreed to continue to use the CEL to fill openings in their child care programs.
