Child Action continues to expand our co-location work to stay accessible and connected to the communities we serve.

What Co-Location Means

Co-location means our staff are present in trusted community spaces, working alongside partner agencies to better support families and the staff who serve them. This approach helps reduce barriers and makes it easier to connect families to the wraparound services they need.

How Co-Location Supports Families and Partners

By being on-site, Child Action staff can collaborate directly with partner teams, share information in real time, and help families move between services more smoothly.

Families benefit from support in familiar locations, and partner staff can make warm connections to child care resources without delays or extra steps. This shared presence strengthens coordination and helps everyone respond more efficiently to family needs.

Where to Find Us

We are currently co-located in five community sites across Sacramento County.

“These co-location efforts reflect our commitment to working closely with community partners and meeting families where they are.”

Looking Ahead

We look forward to continuing to build strong, connected support systems that make access to services simpler and more effective.
