Jennifer Johnson serves as Director of Information Technology at Child Action. With more than two decades of experience in nonprofit technology, Jennifer oversees enterprise systems, data infrastructure, and IT strategy in support of CAI’s mission to strengthen families and communities across the region.

Jennifer brings a systems-thinking approach to human services technology, with deep expertise in application development, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration. Her commitment to the field is personal as well as professional — growing up with a mother who operated a licensed family child care home gave Jennifer firsthand insight into the vital role child care providers play in their communities, and a lasting dedication to the work CAI does every day.
