Associate Director of Operations

Sabrina Vang is the Associate Director of Operations at Child Action, where she provides leadership for the organization’s operational functions that support staff and the delivery of services to children and families throughout the community. She oversees facilities management, workplace safety and security, vendor and contract administration, records management, procurement, space planning, and administrative operations that support the organization’s daily operations.

Sabrina began her career with Child Action in 1999 as an Office Clerk/Receptionist. Since then, she has advanced through positions of increasing responsibility, developing extensive operational expertise and a deep understanding of the organization’s mission, values, and commitment to the community. Her decades of service have provided her with strong institutional knowledge, a collaborative leadership style, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, Sabrina leads initiatives that improve operational efficiency, strengthen workplace safety, and enhance the organization’s facilities and administrative services. She is committed to fostering operational excellence by developing effective systems, building strong vendor and organizational partnerships, and ensuring employees have the tools, resources, and work environment they need to successfully serve children, families, and the community.
