Expanding Access Through Extended Service Hours
Child Action has expanded service hours to give families, child care providers, and the community more flexibility to connect with services and support outside traditional business hours.
Making services more accessible means giving people more opportunities to connect with support at times that work for them.
On October 1, Child Action expanded our service hours to provide greater flexibility to the community. Our offices are now open Wednesdays until 7:00 PM and the first Saturday of each month from 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM.
During extended hours, families, providers, and the community have access to in-person assistance, expanded phone support, and community resources. These additional evening and weekend hours provide more opportunities to reach Child Action beyond the traditional workweek.
The expanded schedule is part of Child Action’s continued effort to meet our community where they are. Families and child care providers have different schedules and responsibilities, and offering additional hours gives them more flexibility in when they can connect with our team.
By extending when services are available, Child Action is creating more opportunities for families and providers to access the assistance and resources we offer.
