Harmit Pabla manages a child care center in Rancho Cordova, California, where he is passionate about strengthening early childhood education and helping children thrive. In addition to his work in education, Harmit holds a Quality Assurance position at a Fortune 500 company, where he applies Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes and procedures.
A graduate of California State University, Sacramento, Harmit earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, and International Business, and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University. With more than 10 years of automation experience in Silicon Valley, he is committed to using technology to streamline manual processes, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
In his free time, Harmit enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time with his wife and children.
