Jenine Jenkins is an accomplished human resources professional, executive coach, speaker, and organizational leader with more than 20 years of experience helping people and organizations grow and succeed. A graduate of Kent State University, she brings extensive experience in leadership development, talent and performance management, employee engagement, coaching, and human resources strategy. 

Throughout her career, Jenine has held HR leadership roles with Fortune 100 companies and nonprofit organizations, where she has supported leaders and teams in strengthening workplace culture, developing talent, and creating environments where people can thrive. Her approachable, people-centered leadership style and understanding of human behavior allow her to build authentic connections with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. 

Jenine is also an experienced speaker and facilitator who has presented on leadership, career development, interviewing, personal branding, and professional growth. Her community engagement includes work with organizations throughout the Sacramento region, including California State University, Sacramento; the University of California, Davis; Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.; and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. 

Across her professional and community work, Jenine is passionate about developing people, strengthening organizations, and helping others recognize and reach their full potential.
