Linda White is the Director of Government and External Affairs for BMW of North America, based in Sacramento, California. She leads legislative and regulatory policy efforts in the western region, collaborating with elected officials, state agencies, business leaders, and community partners. Linda’s work centers on advancing electric vehicle (EV) adoption through infrastructure development, equity initiatives, and consumer incentives, while also addressing policy matters related to energy, autonomous vehicles, and privacy.
She serves on the boards of Veloz, Leadership California, and She Shares, and advises the Los Angeles Clean Tech Incubator (LACI), bringing together industry, technology, and community interests. Within BMW, Linda launched and chairs the company’s Black Employees Resource Group. A certified yoga instructor, she is passionate about fostering inclusive communities and promoting sustainable innovation across California and beyond.
