Erin Manley is the Director of Research & Data at Child Action, where she leads the organization’s research, data, and analytics strategy to support informed decision-making, strengthen programs, and advance the organization’s mission.

Before joining Child Action, Erin worked in the education technology sector, where she led large-scale software implementations for school districts throughout California and developed a passion for systems thinking, process improvement, and organizational strategy. She also served as an executive coach, helping education leaders use data to communicate effectively, build alignment, and lead meaningful change.

Erin is passionate about continuous leadership development and creating organizational systems where data, people, and purpose work together to achieve lasting impact. Her leadership approach has been shaped by Project Management for Nonprofits, Daring to Lead, and MIT’s Women’s Leadership Program, strengthening her focus on strategic leadership, collaboration, and leading through complexity.
