Provider Portal Access
If you’re a child care provider enrolled with Child Action, you can easily manage your information online.
In the Provider Portal, you can:
- View when your attendance forms were received
- Check your payment history
- Reprint attendance forms
- View and print Child Action forms
New Users
To set up your login, contact our Provider Department at (916) 369-0191.
- Non-licensed providers: A Provider staff member will verify your address, State ID or Driver’s License, and Social Security Number (SSN).
- Licensed Family Child Care Home providers: Verification includes your address, license number, and SSN or Federal ID number.
